If your event will be within 50 miles from Nauvoo, we will add a location fee of $25 onto your shoot, due the day of the shoot. This fee will cover our gas cost. We will also need good directions to get to your event.
A Little Further Away
If your event will be about 100 miles from Nauvoo, we will add a location fee of $50 onto your shoot, due the day of the shoot. This fee will cover our gas cost. And we'd love to have good directions to get to you.
Far Far Away
If your event will be over 150 miles away (about 3 hours traveling time), we will need to add a location fee of $200 onto your shoot, due with your deposit. This fee will cover our gas cost, hotel cost, and food cost for an overnight stay in your area. We'll need the extra day in order to familiarize ourselves with your event location. And we would love to have some good directions, as well.
