Please send your $150 deposit fee (which pays for the first hour of the shoot) along
with this contract to reserve your date. This deposit is refundable until 14 days
before the scheduled shoot.  Additional hours are available for the shoot at $150/hr,
and these fees are due at the time of the photo shoot. Shoot locations must be in
the Nauvoo area unless special arrangements have been made.  Proofs will be
available for viewing online at: www.nauvooportraitstudio.com
within 7 days of the photo shoot and will remain online for 60 days. Orders may be
placed online at our gallery website: www.nauvooportraitstudio.com ; by mailing
